The first in our 2007 series of wine dinners welcomes California winemaker Carol Shelton.
Recognized as "The Most Awarded Winemaker in America" for 12 of the past 15 years, Carol
brings five of her character-driven Zinfandels to pair with Chef Alex's bold-flavored menu.
"Maui Wine Guys" Travis Takahashi and John Wise return to kick off another
year of intimate wine dinners "at our table."
